Heather Mills hires American celebrity lawyer to improve image

Heather Mills tried to repair her battered image yesterday by hiring an American celebrity lawyer to speak for her.
Gloria Allred went on GMTV to defend a “courageous humanitarian” and accuse divorce judge Mr Justice Bennett of “character assassination”.
Heather was “devoted to her charities, devoted to eliminating minefields, helping amputees, speaking out for animals and health issues in general”.
Meanwhile Heather had a sign fixed outside her estate in Robertsbridge, East Sussex, warning: “Private: legal action may be taken against unauthorised persons found on this property.”
