The 55-year-old ‘X Factor’ judge – who has admitted to spending around £300,000 on cosmetic improvements – was named the Queen of the Nip and Tuck in a poll of 3,000 women for TV station FX Channel.
She beat 62-year-old actress Helen Mirren, who is rumoured to have had a subtle facelift, into second place.
A spokesman for FX, who show hit plastic surgery drama ‘Nip/Tuck’, said: “Both look fantastic.”
Sharon – who is married to rock legend Ozzy Osbourne – recently said she regrets have so much plastic surgery and vowed never to go under the knife again.
The mother-of-three – who has had stomach stapling, a boob job, facelift and liposuction – said: “My body’s tired. I’ve put it through too much, abused it and my body is knackered. I am content with how I look at my age and I’m really scared of ending up looking like those people whose faces are ironed and foreheads don’t move.
