Showing off her new blonde look, Lily Allen was out and about shopping for some new bling at a Central London jeweler on Tuesday (April 8).
The 22-year-old Smile singer has been keeping busy lately, as she’s working on a second album and has a weekly chatshow on TV.
Meanwhile, Lily has just announced that she’s pulling out of what was considered a surprise job as one of the experts deciding who would win the Orange Prize For Fiction.
