When I purchased some of Marilyn Monroe’s personal and authentic belongings–at an auction in 2005 in Los Angeles, CA, I was literally to one item in particular.
A simple but beautiful clay dove, which obviously had seen better days, since it was glued together where it was broken.
But I believe that those ‘flaws’ ad character to the history of a wonderful, meaningful personal item–which once belonged to the most beautiful angel that ever walked this earth: Marilyn Monroe.
