Blonde, with a stunning hourglass figure, the mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins, 27, has an image a world away from the stereotype of a classical artist. I had dinner with her recently and watched as every male in the room gazed admiringly at her sinuous form as it wiggled across the room in high heels and a red sweater dress. But Katherine, who lives in north London, is largely oblivious to the open mouths she leaves in her wake.
