Ad makes a poster child out of Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan was fired up yesterday, according to TMZ.com, after a full-page ad ran in USA Today depicting the hellcat’s mug shot. The spot implies that drunken-driving-inhibiting “ignition interlocks” are a good idea for drunken celebs like Lohan, but “a bad idea for us.”
Lindsay’s lawyer Blair Berk issued this statement to TMZ: “USA TODAY is idiotic for running such an irresponsible advertisement, suggesting that drinking and driving is some kind of American ‘tradition’ we should protect. Not identifying that this ad was paid for by the liquor industry is profoundly reckless.
