Mena Suvari, Matthew Modine ‘Sin’ for Lifetime

Lifetime is rolling the dice with Matthew Modine and Mena Suvari, signing them to star in a movie based on a notorious Las Vegas murder case.
The movie, tentatively titled “Sex & Lies in Sin City,” will tell the story of casino heir Ted Binion (Modine), who was found dead in his home in 1998, and the subsequent investigation and trial for murder of his ex-stripper girlfriend (Suvari) and her lover. It’s scheduled to premiere in September.
