Planning row erupts over Jodie Marsh’s boobs

PLANNING officers have recommended Jodie Marsh’s new boobs be torn down after she applied for retrospective planning permission for the rack.
Bosses at Highbury Borough Council in North London are furious the 38GGs were erected without necessary planning approval and Ms Marsh could be forced to remove them unless committee members grant approval at a hearing next month.
The decision may be delayed until the summer if the committee members recommend a site visit to help determine the application.
