Electra began dating Patterson last month and has told friends she is besotted.

One pal revealed: “Rob swept her off her feet. It’s really nice to see her happy after getting her heart broken.”

Earlier this month, Carmen hosted the Cosmopolitan Fun and Fearless luncheon in New York and was accompanied by Rob.

After the luncheon, Carmen, 35, and Rob, 37, headed to the Kobe Club for a romantic meal of crab cakes and truffle fries.

An onlooker said: “Carmen was all smiles.”

Carmen - who was briefly married to basketball player Dennis Rodman - recently said she wanted to be wooed in a grocery store.

No sooner than the report was out that award-winning actress, Gwyneth Paltrow has declared her love for husband Chris Martin with a “C” tattoo than we hear of another. Celebrity Carmen Electra has reportedly inked behind her left ear the letter “R” to tell the world that she loves Rob Patterson. Seriously, there is no making this stuff up.

Electra, who came into acting from a career in modeling is currently dating rocker Rob Patterson from the band, Korn. The 35-year old sex symbol began dating the 37-year old guitarist earlier this year.

Why are Carmen Electra and her boyfriend, Rob Patterson, so nice to the paparazzi as they leave hot spot Villa last night?

Maybe they’re just in a lovey mood: Patterson tells the shutterbugs, “We never go out,” which elicits a sexy little knowing smile from Electra.

When asked where they’re headed next, Electra says, “We’re not sure if we’re going out or just going home.”

Take the hint and skip dinner, Rob. Carmen wants to run her fingers through your faux-hawk until all that hair goop disappears.

Mini Biography

Carmen Electra grew up near Cincinnati, Ohio, in the town of White Oak and got her first boost when a scout for Prince spotted her fronting for a rap group in Los Angeles. She released a self-titled album for Prince’s Paisley Park label in 1992. She then toured Europe as Prince’s opening act on his 1992 Diamonds and Pearls Tour.

Carmen later returned to work for Prince at his Los Angeles nightclub, Glam Slam. She performed there every weekend with the Erotic City dancers, led by choreographer and director, Jamie King.

In March 1997, she appeared in cartoon form as the model for a character who’s a singer and a vampire (”but a good vampire”, says her publicist) in a comic book series called Embrace.

Carmen later went to co-star on Baywatch as lifeguard, Lani McKenzie and as host of MTV’s Singled Out.

Carmen Electra vows no more reality television roles in her future

“I love reality shows, but I think, for the most part, I would love to just go home and TiVo them and be a viewer instead of a participant,” Electra told OK! Weekly in a Friday report.

The 35-year-old former Baywatch actress’ first reality role was ABC Family’s short-lived Summer 2003 Dance Fever series, in which she served as a judge alongside MC Hammer and director/choreographer Jamie King.
