Family tree site ancestry.co.uk has revealed a link between , Charles, and the Duchess of Cornwall.

All people have a link to a French carpenter called Zacharie Cloutier who lived in the 17th century.

Zacharie settled in New France, Quebec in 1634, the records show, hence starting the Canadian lineage to .

The family went became one of the most influential families in Canada.

Camilla ‘related to Madonna and Celine Dion’

US pop queen , Canadian crooner and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall are all descended from the same French carpenter, according to a records archive launched Wednesday.

Canadian records spanning more than 300 years from 1621 were published on the family and social history website ancestry.co.uk and revealed the unlikely link between the three women.

Camilla — the second wife of Prince Charles — and Dion are all descended from French carpenter Zacharie Cloutier, according to the website.

Christina Aguilera is “dead to me”, whines Perez Hilton’s sorry, Sony-sued arse

Perez Hilton has announced that all of Sony/BMG’s artists are “dead to him” in reaction to the label’s lawsuit against the celeb blogger.

The site will now be boycotting , , , The Gossip, Adele, , and Whitney Houston among others.

“These are some of our favorite musicians, it really, truly pains us not to talk about them,” it said on PerezHilton.com. “Why should we help the company suing us make money?”

The lawsuit was brought by the label’s subsidiary, Zomba, back in October after the site streamed Spears songs without permission. To be fair to PerezHilton.com, they did remove them as soon as they were warned but the company lawyers have been reluctant to let go.

Singing star has said she will not turn into pop stars like Spears, despite her classic albums having more of a pop flavour than in the past.

The Neath-born mezzosoprano once claimed she could never see herself singing pop songs but her most recent album, Rejoice, has shown she is now willing to branch out.

Rejoice features tracks by writers who usually contribute to albums by pop mega-stars , Westlife, and , but now it seems that Jenkins is ready to overcome her inhibitions to set her own pop standard.

“My music is getting closer to pop but it’s still not there, it’s still me,” the star said.

“I’m happy to take pop songs and sing them in my style, adapt them to my genre, but you are never going to see me being .”

She admits that her sound is very accessible, but says she will always remain a classical girl at heart.

Celine Dion to perform April 8 in Perth

has had to reschedule her Perth concert due to illness.
Since arriving in Australia Celine has been suffering from a respiratory tract infection which has caused bronchial and laryngeal inflammation.

As the illness has not fully responded to treatment with appropriate antibiotics, inhaled therapy and rest, Celine was examined by a prominent Sydney respiratory specialist who has advised that with a further 48 hours of treatment and rest she will make a complete recovery and can resume performing at her best.

Accordingly it will be necessary to reschedule the Sydney and Perth performances.

The Sydney concerts will now be performed on Saturday April 5 & Sunday April 6 at Acer Arena.

has postponed her much anticipated April 13 Beijing show due to a throat infection, Chinese media reported on Tuesday. The promoter offered a refund to fans.

Diva Celine is on a world tour promoting her latest album, Taking Chances. She had already cancelled concerts in Australia at the weekend due to illness, said local newspaper the Sunday Herald Sun.

According to the Beijing News, Dion’s husband, Rene Angélil, said doctors advised Dion not to sing outdoors in Beijing since April is the sandstorm season. Dion was set to play at the city’s Workers’ Stadium.

The highly anticipated show on April 13 in Beijing might be canceled because the singer is suffering from a throat infection, Chinese media reported on Tuesday.

Now she’s finally getting around to touring behind “Girlfriend” and her third consecutive No. 1 album, “Best Damn Thing.”

Question: “Best Damn Thing” came out last April. Do you have any second thoughts about not going on tour right away and keeping fans waiting for almost a year?

Answer: I think it could have gone either way. I think it probably didn’t really matter that much. You always have to do promo (promotion). I did promo all of 2007, I had to go to so many different places, including Asia, Europe and South America. I had a lot of places to go, a lot of TV shows to do, and a lot of shoots and all that stuff. It has to be done if you want to work a record really hard, and I chose to work this one hard.
