Carpenter Martin Marrero is suing Gisele Bundchen for injuries he claims he suffered during a fall at her New York apartment because the staircase did not have a handrail.
His lawyer, Keith Ahlers, says his client suffered a fractured shoulder, broken ribs and herniated spinal discs after he fell off a staircase in Bundchen’s apartment, the New York Post reported Sunday.

The Brazilian beauty took to the sands of Malibu in a pair of shredded jean shorts and matching vest, an outfit more reminiscent of a Def Leppard video than high fashion.
Bundchen, 27, looked tanned and rested, having just returned from a vacation with boyfriend Tom Brady. The pretty pair chilled out in Costa Rica and Paris last month before heading to Ibiza where she promoted her new collection of Vogue sunglasses.

This couple just keeps getting more and more adorable. Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady were spotted yesterday following a romantic brunch in New York City.
They stopped by the French American bistro AOC L’aile ou la Cuisse in the uber-trendy district of Greenwich Village to enjoy a little European food and flair (after all, they just returned from a European vacation).
And when they left the restaurant, it was clear how much these two enjoy each other’s company. With large smiles plastered across both of their faces, they looked like two teenagers in love.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is reportedly being considered as the female lead for the fourth installment of the Austin Powers series according to the Boston Globe.
Gisele, 27, would be following in the footsteps of Beyoncé, Heather Graham and Elizabeth Hurley.
Football player Tom Brady’s current squeeze has supposedly read through the script and will meet with director Jay Roach and Mike Myers in the near future.

According to the newest rumours from Hollywood, the producers of the fourth sequel on the British secret agent, Austin Powers, have contacted Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

Images of Gisele Bundchen, Kate Moss, Bridget Bardot and Lauren Hutton are to be auctioned at Christie’s on April 10.
The 135-piece collection of prints belongs to collector Gert Elfering and includes photographs shot by of Richard Avedon, Man Ray, Diane Arbus, Helmut Newton and Horst P Horst. In total, it has a price tag of £1.5 to £2 million, Vogue UK reports.
Both the Gisele and Moss images - which were taken by Irvin Penn in black and white - are expected to go under the hammer for £15,000 to £20,000 each.

It was a busy St Patrick’s Day for super-couple Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady, as the two made their way around the Big Apple earlier this afternoon (March 17).
The Patriot quarterback and his supermodel sweetheart were spotted emerging from Gisele’s West Village apartment toting a load of shirts for the cleaner.
Shortly thereafter, a car arrived with the two quickly hopping in and heading off on their errand running.
After a drive into Chelsea, Gisele stopped with dog in hand at the studio of photographer Patrick Demarchelier for what was sure to be another beautiful photo shoot.

There is something so effortlessly chic about Gisele that you can’t help but love her. Not for her is falling drunkenly out of clubs or being caught red handed in the middle of some dodgy dealings.
No Gisele is a class above the rest. Revealed as the most powerful supermodel in the world recently we could be jealous (okay we are) but because her gorgeousness comes with a head on her shoulder which is filled with a savviness other models would give their Jimmy Choos for, you can’t help but respect her.
When Paris Hilton or Britney wander around with their perfectly preened pooches it’s a little sad. But Gisele, even with pup in hand, works it. (although maybe that’s because the dog looks like a dog and not a rat with a tiara on.)
